Are you offering shipping for free, a flat rate, or a variable fee?
We offer free shipping on all US and EU orders. If you are from another country, shipping fees vary from $14.95 to $34.95. We may also offer free shipping as part of our marketing campaigns.
While shipping is free for all US states, 1-7 day standard delivery time is not guaranteed for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How long will it take for your customers to get their packages?
Because of the fact that all of our products are customizable and made to order, it takes us 2-7 business days to produce your order. It takes 1-7 business days to deliver your order with standard shipping in the United States, 2-10 business days in Europe, 7-21 business in other countries (it may take longer if held in customs). There’s an option to upgrade your shipping to expedited or overnight before check-out.

What carrier(s) do you ship with?
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, RoyalMail, and DHL Express.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We work with an international print lab that has fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, and Europe. Your order will be produced and shipped from the nearest point to the destination. Some products/sizes might not be available in Europe and Canada fulfillment centers. In that case, your order will be fulfilled in the United States.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the importation of goods are to be borne by the customer. The seller shall not be liable for any such charges associated with customs clearance, and it is the customer’s obligation to settle any customs fees as required by the customs authorities in their respective region or country.

Do you ship on Holidays?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship on bank holidays.

Shipping Disclaimer
US orders are usually delivered within 1-7 business days whereas International orders may take up to 21 business days (or longer if held in customs). We cannot be held responsible for the delays due to the shipping carrier. If your package is not delivered in the given timeframe, please reach out to the local post office first with the given tracking number/ tracking link. If you cannot resolve the issue with them, let us know and we will either solve it or send a reprint for your convenience. If the select product/size cannot be fulfilled with the upgraded shipping method for any reason, we will only be responsible for returning the shipping upgrade fee to the customer (This is generally the case for our international customers because some of the fulfillment centers are now closed due to coronavirus).
If your order gets damaged on the way, we’ll send you a replacement print after receiving damaged product photos.
If your order includes more than one product, they might be shipped separately because not all products are produced in the same facility.
