The concept is amazing, but the execution was difficult. I wish you could just scan the image but you need the app in order for it to work.
Also the mounting attachment was on upside down

The scanning method would only work with an app. Current technology is not capable of scanning a soundwave with your camera. It is only possible with our app for free for the customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I bought an 8x24 print for my husband for our 10 yr anniversary. The color is vibrant. It looks so cool! Every step of the process was made easy, the design team asked clarifying questions. Had me review proofs. And the way this will set out slightly from the wall with its hanging mechanism. Will look so cool. Very artsy and 3D. The packaging. Ok so it came in a huge box BUT was wrapped, taped protected so it wouldnt move or be damaged in transport. Not heavy at all! Gave it to my husband tonight and he said he wished he had a 2nd one for his office. I just placed another order for a smaller one for his office. So cool. Original. Amazing customer service!

Not only is this such a beautiful sentimental piece for my husbands first. Fathers day, but as I was looking over the proof they send to confirm everything looks good, I decided to change the picture and they were so wonderful about changing it for me and sending me the new proof in a timely manner. I ordered this the last week of may and recieved it in about 2 maybe 2 and a half weeks. Absolutely will be using this company again.
