Bigger sizes are packed in a mailing tube.

The concept is amazing, but the execution was difficult. I wish you could just scan the image but you need the app in order for it to work.
Also the mounting attachment was on upside down
Hi Cherise, that's our bad about the hanger. We've sent a replacement one into production. It should arrive at your address in a couple of days after production.
The scanning method would only work with an app. Current technology is not capable of scanning a soundwave with your camera. It is only possible with our app for free for the customers. Thank you for your understanding.
