Our app will work only if the product is ordered from us.
Steel is made by mixing carbon and iron at very high temperatures (above 2600°F) which adds metal strength but it becomes almost impossible to print on. Therefore, the metal we use for printing is Aluminum which looks exactly the same as steel.

METAL (Aluminum): Made by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets, Metal Prints are applauded by photographers and artists everywhere for their magical luminescence.
Please note that the metal is not actual steel which is not feasible for printing. Instead, we use aluminum which looks the same as steel and is also feasible for printing.

The concept is amazing, but the execution was difficult. I wish you could just scan the image but you need the app in order for it to work.
Also the mounting attachment was on upside down
Hi Cherise, that's our bad about the hanger. We've sent a replacement one into production. It should arrive at your address in a couple of days after production.
The scanning method would only work with an app. Current technology is not capable of scanning a soundwave with your camera. It is only possible with our app for free for the customers. Thank you for your understanding.
